What permit timing should we plan for? +

For non-EU/EFTA nationals, permits go through annual quotas and three approval levels — typically 8–12 weeks. EU/EFTA hires are faster, usually 2–3 weeks once the file is complete. We build the timing into the offer process so the start date is realistic.

Can you help with the property purchase? +

Our focus is finding the right rental and getting the family settled fast. For purchase, we connect you with trusted real-estate and legal partners who handle Swiss property law and the Lex Koller rules for foreign buyers.

How is this different from a standard relocation agency? +
